Applying NLP to Cloud Service Contracts: Automated Analysis, Risk Detection, and Optimization

Cloud service contracts are full of buried costs, bad terms, and compliance risks that are easy to miss. We built an NLP system that reads contracts automatically, flags risky clauses, benchmarks pricing against market rates, and suggests better terms. It processes contracts 200x faster than doing it by hand and catches 40% more risk factors. We tested it against 10,000+ real cloud contracts from the major providers.
