We're taking Q-FOL (Quantum FinOps Lifecycle) beyond cloud and applying it to financial governance. The continuous optimization loop we built for cloud works just as well for tracking how money flows through institutions. QueDCo Impact scores Traceability, Alignment, Efficiency, and Impact, helping institutions catch problems early, put funding where it's actually trusted, and stay resilient when things get uncertain.
