1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QueDCo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

QueDCo provides AI-powered cloud compliance monitoring, cost optimization, and infrastructure management tools. Our services include QuedGov, QuedLite, QuedPulse, QuedNova, QuedShield, and QuedContract platforms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
  • Use the service to transmit malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QueDCo services are owned by QueDCo, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service Level Agreement

QueDCo strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all production services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs.

7. Limitation of Liability

QueDCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
